These Terms govern your use of SimplrProfit. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
SimplrProfit is a Software-as-a-Service analytics dashboard for Shopify merchants. We provide profit, margin, fee and ad spend analytics by reading order and product data from your connected Shopify store.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscription, billing and free trial
- SimplrProfit is offered on a monthly subscription of £5.99 / month (Starter plan).
- New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- If you add a payment method, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT or sales tax where applicable.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service.
- Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
- Connect a Shopify store you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to your store and order data. You grant SimplrProfit a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Account & data deletion
You may delete your account from Settings or by emailing privacy@simplrprofit.com. Personal data is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
9. Disclaimers
SimplrProfit provides analytics for informational purposes. Numbers depend on the data you configure (product costs, ad spend) and on Shopify's API. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our retention policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
